He has developed a good understanding of the challenges faced particularly by SMEs looking to launch their products and services in lucrative markets, with particular interest in the US. Richard is based in Melbourne, currently studying Economics and Finance at RMIT and hold a Diploma in Business from RMIT

Morgan Pierstorff

Business Development and Sales Director

Morgan joined Newable in September 2019 and leads the America Made Easy programme. With experience working at both the state and federal level advising SMEs on global growth strategies and recruiting investment across Europe, Morgan has a wealth of experience promoting inward investment to the US. Morgan studied political science at Kentucky Wesleyan College and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College where she graduated as a Public Policy and International Affairs Fellow. Morgan also holds an MBA from Kuehne Logistics University in Hamburg, Germany where she studied leadership and supply chain management.

Clive Seymour

Director, Biodirectionz Ltd.

Clive has more than 30 years of experience establishing and managing biotech, medical device and analytical instruments companies around the world at CEO, and EVP level. Working internationally with multinational US and EU companies as well as in New Zealand and Australia with a number of start-up and established SMEs, he has a wealth of experience in creating operational structures and a global presence. Based in Auckland since 1994, Clive has a BSc with honours (UK), a Diploma in Management from the Henley Business School and qualifications as an ISO and US FDA CFR Internal Auditor for medical devices.
