The Electrospinning Company
The Electrospinning Company has developed the expertise to design, develop and manufacture materials in regenerative medicine
The Electrospinning Company was established in 2010 as a spin out by the UK Science and Technology Research Council (STFC) and is based on the growing Harwell Science and Innovation Campus, near Oxford.
Electrospun scaffolds are being used to help regenerate bone tissue, human cornea, tendon surgery and wound care. They then degrade or are reabsorbed naturally once the patient has healed.
